User account is locked

Hello, I’m trying to check metasfresh, but I’m stuck on the login screen.

Its ok when i use ‘metasfresh’ login, but when I try to login as a ‘it’, I get ‘User account is locked’. How can I unlock this account?

Hi,

open the window named User and search for the user it.
Then click on the button “unlock account” in the middle of the screen to unlock it.
