Not able to load the project in eclipse and install Metasfresh on Local windows 10 machine without docker

HI,
I am looking to install Metasfresh on my local windows 10 Development environment without using docker.
I have downloaded the required repo and loaded in Eclipse , Pls find the screen shot . But not clear on next steps.
