Could not start backend application with launcher file

Hi

I am trying to start backend of metasfresh. The instruction said to use launcher file in /metasfresh-dis/metasfresh-dist-serverRoolt.launch
I right clicked the file with Run As as shown in images below but the result was not successful.

How do I start the launcher file?
