# Debian installer only reaches 16% then refreshes page

Hi, I sent a message on Monday to the Pre-Sales support team, but no reply (maybe they’re still setting up their home-office?).

I have tried installing MetaFresh using the Debian installer package, I have followed the documentation, which did help it go from 1% then fail to 16% then fail.

I’m installing on MacBook Pro using Parallels Desktop 15, running Ubuntu 19 (full version). I only have five days left on my software trial-period, please can you advise on why the install is only reaching the 16% stage?
