Creation of Sale Order and Purchase Order Getting Slow when my line items increases more than 100

Hi,
I tried to create a New Sales Order and I added 100 line items then my system started responding very slow.
I tried creating Purchase Order there also same case happened , system is getting slow and very late resoponse.

Anybody can please may assist the solution or assist me where is the issue.?

I recommend to update to latest release and see if it gets better.
